Schedule, Reschedule and Cancellation Policies: All schedule and reschedule requests need to be in by Sun 11:59 PM the weekend prior to the event proposed to be changed. If you have enough to players to play, even if there are no substitutes, you should play. Reschedule requests are 1 per team per season.  We understand that there are events that can cause schedule changes after the Sun 11:59 PM deadline, for instances such as these we have created a cancellation / reschedule procedure that if executed before Wed 11:59 PM will avoid reschedule fees associated with Referees and Field Usage charges

Schedule and Reschedule Procedure:

1) Contact opposing coach and agree on a day that will work.
2) E-mail scheduler at: scheduler@tc-soccer.org Include in e-mail to both scheduler and the other coach: both teams; original date/time; requested date.
3) Propose ranges in time, e.g. early AM, Noonish, late afternoon, etc. Format is critical, please follow this example:

"I would like to schedule the following game(s) for the U12B Sharks from -

9/9 at 3PM the U12B T&C Sharks (home) vs. T&C Dynamos (visitor) to 9/16 around noon"

If this is an interleague game (CAYSA) then the age group coordinator needs to be notified of the change also.

There are no guarantees that your request will be honored but know we will do everything we can to make it work out.

Cancellation / Reschedule Procedure:

1) Contact referee assignor at assignor@tc-soccer.org , copy the scheduler@tc-soccer.org and the other coach
2) Using the format above identify the game and time that is being cancelled
3) After reviewing request abuse rules, e.g. number of requests by team, the referee assignor will respond to the request
4) The scheduler will then update the schedule (post to the web the following Tuesday) when confirmation is recieved from the assignor that all was transacted OK with the referees
