Welcome to the Town and Country Optimist Club Soccer uniform purchasing form. We will ask you for simple information in order to match this order with your league registration. The Fall soccer season constitutes a new year, so each player MUST purchase a new uniform set.

This portal is designed with one player per transaction in mind in order for T&C, the coaches, and the uniform company to assure your child's order is complete, accurate and arrives on time. If you have more than one child you are purchasing a uniform for, we ask that you complete the transactions one at a time so the record keeping will reflect each player.
